HOSTING & SERVER LOGS This website is hosted on a private VPS (Virtual Private Server) in the EU. Each page request temporarily stores the following data in server access logs: • IP address (anonymised) • Date and time of access • URL accessed • HTTP status code • Data volume transferred • Referrer URL and browser type (if transmitted)
This data is used solely for technical security and error diagnosis. It is not merged with other data sources and is automatically deleted after a maximum of 7 days.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a secure and stable website).
NO THIRD-PARTY COOKIES, NO TRACKING We do not use any cookies by third-parties. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are deployed. There are no embedded third-party elements (no YouTube, Google, or Facebook embeds). We use a single temporary cookie to remember your language preference (DE/EN). This cookie contains no personal data. No cookie banner required.
CONTACT BY EMAIL If you contact us by email, your information is used solely to handle your request. It will not be shared with third parties.
PURCHASES / PAYMENT PROCESSING Purchases are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). Creem is responsible for processing your payment data. Please refer to Creem's privacy policy.
APPLICATION PRIVACY A separate privacy notice applies to the Painting Job Application Manager desktop app, displayed on first launch. All app data is stored exclusively on your local device.

SCOPE These Terms of Service apply to all software products and digital content offered through paintingsoftware.eu (in particular the Painting Job Application Manager).
SOFTWARE LICENSE The source code of this software is made available for inspection and review purposes only. No rights are granted to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, self-host, or create derivative works of this software or any portion thereof, without the express prior written permission of Painting Software
PAYMENT & REFUNDS Purchases are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date. Excluded are Painting Software Credits. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires upon first activation of the license key if you have explicitly requested immediate access to the digital content via checkbox at Creem checkout.
BETA SOFTWARE Software marked as beta may contain bugs. Painting Software accepts no liability for data loss or consequential damages caused by beta software. Please use the built-in backup features regularly.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The software is provided without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Painting Software shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT Users bear sole responsibility for reviewing AI-generated content. Painting Software accepts no liability for content generated by optional third-party AI services.
GOVERNING LAW German law applies, excluding the UN CISG. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin, Germany.
